NEXT does not assess an individual case, interpret a court order, recommend a legal strategy, predict a legal outcome, represent a learner, or create a lawyer-client relationship. Platform communications are not confidential legal consultations.
Urgent and individual matters
Anyone facing an arrest, deadline, court appearance, immigration consequence, safety concern or other urgent legal issue should contact a licensed lawyer, Legal Aid service, community legal clinic, duty counsel or the appropriate emergency service.
Partner responsibilities
Organizations remain responsible for their own professional practice, referrals, consent, safeguarding and recordkeeping. Staff should not use NEXT output as the sole basis for decisions affecting a participant’s liberty, benefits, housing, employment or access to services.
