Purchase and service terms
Version 2026-10-09. These terms describe the planned packages. A package can be purchased only when its checkout is enabled.
- BritePath delivery
- The first plan is due within 10 business days after complete intake and payment. Business days exclude weekends and Ontario public holidays. Missing information pauses preparation; a changed delivery date must be agreed with you.
- Scope and revisions
- BritePath includes planning and the resources described in your package. It does not include daily teaching, unlimited support or Homeschool platform access. Request included revisions within 14 calendar days of receiving the plan. New learners, a different term or a substantially new scope require a separate quote.
- Resources
- Third-party books, supplies, courses and subscriptions are not included in the planning fee. Provide your resource budget during intake; any additional purchases are your choice.
- BritePath cancellation
- Before preparation begins, you may cancel for a full refund. After work begins, contact us for a refund of the undelivered portion, with an explanation of completed work. If we cannot deliver the agreed service, you may request a refund. This policy does not limit any consumer rights that apply by law.
- Homeschool subscriptions
- Monthly and annual plans renew at the interval shown at checkout. There is no automatic paid trial in this release. Cancel future renewals through Manage billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Contact us about mistaken charges or service problems. Refund requests are reviewed individually, and statutory rights remain available.
- Learning and support
- Plans and software support learning; they do not guarantee a score, academic outcome or school acceptance. AI-assisted lessons and feedback may contain errors. A parent or educator should review content, supervise learning and raise concerns with hello@britelink.org.
- Price and agreement
- Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable tax and the final total are shown in Stripe before payment. Your order retains the package scope, price and terms version accepted at checkout. Payment details are handled by Stripe, not collected in BriteLink forms.
